Refund Policy
You can return products bought from www.neohel.com within 30 days of receiving them as long as they are returned in complete, unused and undamaged condition. In that case your credit/debit card or your PayPal account will be debited with the price of the purchased item. In case the item you ordered arrived damaged, you are able to return it within the first 30 days and a replacement item will be dispatched to you immediately at the same address with no additional shipping cost.
