1. Identify a course<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

NEOHEL has several seminars on offer for the current and following years which are available under <\/span>seminars<\/span>. Also check https:\/\/www.schooleducationgateway.eu\/en\/pub\/index.htm<\/span><\/a><\/span> for the seminars of Neohel as they appear in School Education Gateway, the online platform of the European Commission for school education.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2. Read the Erasmus+ programme guide<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

To prepare your application, please read the Erasmus+ programme guide<\/span><\/a> via the links mentioned just above, making a note of the award criteria at the end of each Mobility project.<\/span><\/p>

Step 1: Register in the Participant Portal<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Organisations that intend to participate in the Erasmus+ Programme must register and provide their basic legal and financial data in the Unique Registration Facility (URF) of the European Commission\u2019s Participant Portal. To do so, the person representing the organisation (or even an informal group of young people) must follow the following steps: <\/span><\/p>

Get a login and password for secure access to URF: register in the European Commission Authentication Service (ECAS) available at https:\/\/webgate.ec.europa.eu\/cas\/eim\/external\/register.cgi<\/span><\/a>. A user manual explaining all necessary steps is available at http:\/\/eeas.europa.eu\/media\/subscribe\/ecas-user-manual.pdf<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/p>

Access the Participant Portal and register the organisation or group of young people. The detailed process and is available at http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/research\/participants\/portal\/desktop\/en\/funding\/reference_docs.html<\/span><\/a> <\/span><\/p>

Once the registration in the Participant Portal is completed, the organisation\/group will obtain a nine-digit PIC number. The PIC is a unique identifier which enables the organisation\/group to take advantage of some features of the electronic application forms and will serve as a reference for the National or Executive Agency in any further correspondence with the applicant\/beneficiary. <\/span><\/p>

Step 2: Check the Compliance with the Programme Criteria<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

When developing their project and before applying for EU support, participating organisations must verify that the project respects the following criteria: eligibility, exclusion, selection and award.<\/span><\/p>

Step 3: Check the Financial Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Step 4: Fill in and submit the application form<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

To request an EU grant under the Erasmus+ Programme, applicants must use the forms specific for each Action and available on the websites of the European Commission, of the National Agencies or of the Executive Agency.<\/span><\/p>

3. Register your interest<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

PREPARATION<\/h5>

Applicant organisations<\/b> will be notified via email on:<\/span><\/p>

a) general information on the participants\u2019 travel and accommodation (maps, schedules, hotel lists, etc.);
b) the seminars (trainers, detailed programme, e-material).<\/span><\/p>

The applicant organisation is requested to prepare the Europass Mobility Certificate (http:\/\/europass.cedefop.europa.eu\/en\/documents\/european-skills-passport\/europass-mobility<\/span><\/a>) for each participant. For the Certificate please contact your National Europass Centre (http:\/\/europass.cedefop.europa.eu\/en\/about\/national-europass-centres<\/span><\/a>). <\/span><\/p>

Participants<\/strong> will be invited to:
a) fill-in a needs analysis questionnaire giving details on their professional needs and interests and how the seminar will improve their professional development; this information will enable NEOHEL to tailor the course to the participants\u2019 specific needs.<\/span><\/p>

b) prepare for the seminar (a recommended preparation will be available before the seminar).

<\/b>Implementation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

NEOHEL has taken into account the aims and objectives of mobility projects in supporting learners with the acquisition of linguistic competences that can improve their personal development and strengthen their employability in the European labour market. Awareness and understanding of the Greek language learning and teaching, as well as the Greek culture is achieved through incorporation of innovative (formal and\/or informal) teaching strategies and methodologies. <\/span><\/p>

Impact<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

The potential impact of the project will be twofold; it will benefit both the sending organisation, and the individuals, participants in the project.
